How we work together
These terms apply when you order a print from any3Dprint — from a file you upload or an idea you describe — and when you use this site. They describe, in plain words, how the workshop actually works.

Who we are
any3Dprint is run by Mykhailo Mykhailovych Kashpruk, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, taxpayer number 3579308393, based in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. Every question about an order starts at [email protected].
How an order comes together
You send a file or describe an idea. The price you see on screen while uploading is a ballpark, not an offer. Within 24 business hours we email you a firm quote. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing — the order exists once you approve the quote and pay for it.
Price and payment
The quote is the price of the print; delivery is added at checkout, before you pay. Prices are shown in your currency, converted from US dollars, and what you pay is the amount shown at checkout. We take payment by bank card only, in full, when you place the order — printing starts after that.
Your files and ideas
By sending a file you confirm you have the right to have it printed — you made it, or its licence allows it. We use your files and photos only to price and print your order: we don’t publish them, show them in the gallery or pass them to anyone. They are kept for 30 days after the order is completed or the request is closed, then deleted; ask and we delete them sooner. The design stays yours.
What we won’t print
Anything prohibited by law — in Ukraine or in the country the parcel is going to — including weapons and their parts, and anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We can decline any request; if we only find out after you have paid, we refund you in full.
What a 3D print looks like
We print layer by layer (FDM), so fine layer lines, small deviations in size and a shade slightly different from your screen are part of the process, not defects. If a file has a problem that would affect the print, we tell you before printing.
Checked before it ships
Every print is checked in the workshop before it is packed. Anything that doesn’t come out right is reprinted — a faulty part does not leave the workshop. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates, not guarantees.
Damage in transit
We pack every order for the journey. Once the parcel is with the carrier, damage in transit is the carrier’s responsibility. If a parcel looks damaged, check it when you collect it and have the damage recorded by the carrier — at a Nova Poshta branch, open it on the spot and ask for a report — then send us photos and we will help you with the claim.
Customs and taxes
We ship from Ukraine. For deliveries abroad, customs duties, import VAT and fees are paid by whoever the law of the destination country makes responsible — in most countries that is the recipient, on delivery.
Returns
A custom print is made to your specification, so it can’t be returned just because you changed your mind — the law makes that exception for goods made to individual order. If something is wrong with the print itself, write to us with photos and we will reprint it or refund you. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
Your account
You don’t need an account to order. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself — orders placed from it are treated as yours.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection your own country’s law gives you. If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are sorted out in one email.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
