From a file or a rough idea to a finished object: how we check the model, pick a material, print and hand-finish every order — and what it costs.

You share an idea
Drop in an STL or describe what you want in words. Reference photos help a lot — even a napkin sketch is fine. The more detail, the better the quote.

We send a quote
Within 24 hours, you’ll get an email with material recommendation, print time, and a fixed price. If we have follow-up questions, we ask them here.

You approve. We print.
Most prints take 3–18 hours of machine time.

We finish & inspect
Every print gets a hands-on QC pass. If anything looks off, we reprint at no charge.

It ships
Packed in recycled materials and sent by post. 1–5 business days.

Common questions

STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. If you have something else (Fusion 360, Blender, CAD exports) just send it — we’ll figure it out.

Single piece: up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Larger objects we split into parts and glue or screw together.

Yes. We don’t share, resell, or reprint your custom work for anyone else. We may use a photo in the gallery — and only if you say it’s okay.

Yes. Europe-wide takes 4–7 days; rest of the world 7–14.
