01What file formats do you accept?

STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP. If you have something else (Fusion 360, Blender or other CAD exports) just send it — we’ll figure it out.

04Is my design private?

Yes. We don’t share, resell, or reprint your custom work for anyone else. We may use a photo in the gallery — and only if you say it’s okay.
05Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Europe-wide takes 4–7 days and the rest of the world 7–14 days. Every print is hand-finished and packed in recycled materials.
