01What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP. If you have something else (Fusion 360, Blender or other CAD exports) just send it — we'll figure it out.
02How much does a custom print cost?
Most quotes land between $12 and $32, with small parts from $10. Drop your file to see an instant ballpark before you commit.
03How fast will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours, and usually much sooner — whether you upload a file or describe an idea, a person checks every quote. Uploading a model shows you a ballpark price straight away, but the final price comes with the quote. Finished prints typically ship in 2–4 days.
04Is my design private?
Yes. We don't share, resell, or reprint your custom work for anyone else. We may use a photo in the gallery — and only if you say it's okay.
05Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Europe-wide takes 4–7 days and the rest of the world 7–14 days. Every print is hand-finished and packed in recycled materials.
